A. Essential Functional Web Storage (First-Party)

  • tracker_theme: Remembers whether you selected Dark Mode or Light Mode.
  • tracker_lang: Stores your chosen language (English, Spanish, French, German, Korean, Japanese, or Chinese).
  • tracker_players / tracker_teams: Retains your custom watchlist of tracked footballers, clubs, and national squads.
  • mps_api_cache_*: Caches recent match schedules client-side for 15 minutes to provide instantaneous loading and avoid redundant API requests.

B. Analytics Cookies (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors engage with the dashboard, which features are most useful, and how to improve site speed. GA4 places first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to distinguish unique visitors and measure anonymous interaction sessions.

C. Advertising Cookies (Google AdSense & DoubleClick)

My Player Schedule is free to use. To cover server infrastructure, bandwidth, and live sports API licensing costs, we display advertisements via Google AdSense:

  • Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies (including __gads, __gpi, and DoubleClick IDE) to serve ads on our site.
  • These cookies enable Google and its advertising partners to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site and other destinations across the web.
